I'm satisfied buying this 365. It's worth that I can access MS Word, ppt etc. As a student this helps alot.

I mistakenly purchased this thinking it would give me more microsoft word features on my chromebook. It does but it is still not word on a regular computer. I like that it comes with 1Tb of online storage. However, I do not like that you have to pay an annual fee to keep.

I really like that my membership came with this I definitely didn't need to order for my classes so that was pretty cool.

Too expensive at $100 per year when in past you could purchased Microsoft Office suite for a one time charge.

Office and Excel work as well as the old version. However, I find it more difficult to find and access my old documents and spreadsheets. Also, I had to call the Geek squad to help me install the product

I don’t care for bing and the intrusive features of the product. I’m sure it has to do with getting the proper settings. I’m dyslexic and old, so more likely just me. And the Microsoft news page that pops up is inane and distracting. I will need to disable that feature. Haven’t sorted out how to save excel pages to attach to files. Some do and some don’t. Some pop up hints/dialogue have been useful

I don't like the subscription feature. Should be able to buy the item and use it as long as you desire. If I want to upgrade with a better product then I could purchase.

Software was easy to install, Has templates Docs and many other features. want to use it more before I decide to renew. But so far no complaints.

Work seamlessly online. I was an old time user of the desktop versions and aside from the price every year, these are great.

Best buy services are great and they recommend me this package and it is good and easy to use

Getting used to Microsoft 365 personally as I was used to older versions through employers

Not a fan that you have to pay for this as a subscription - seems like a rip off since it's literally a requirement to use for basic features of a laptop for anything work related.

Got this for my wife's home laptop for the personal work she doesn't want on her work laptop. Should have done it a couple years ago when we first got the laptop so she and our son could watch Netflix. No laptop should be without full office suite. Don't leave the store without it.

Only had it for 1 month, but so far it is been great! I have had other HP PC's and they are very good!

Should have built in tutorials and auto saving. You have to have it. If you're not already proficient, get ready to YouTube everything.

I just love the ease in having access to this software. Best Buy makes it super easy to tack this on to your purchase of a new computer. Automatic updates and all!
