Microsoft Office 365 is a great addition to my software allowing me to work effectively

much better than previous office suite but the purchase should come with lessons or at least a tour

I was having issues with my computer software. After buying Microsoft 365 everything seems to work normally - as it should.

Upgraded from microsoft 2005. What a huge difference with many new features like a citations ribbon.

I got a new computer at the same time I purchased this. We installed it and had a hard time finding it in the computer. We aren't very tech savvy so once we found it we made an icon for the desktop to make using it easier. I love it and the kids are happy to be able to use it for homework!

Windows 11 and /or Microsoft 365 doesn't seem to be able to open older versions of Word or Excel.

This is a fantastic addition to my new laptop!! Upgrading from a much older version of Office, I'm finding the new 365 version to be a simple learning experience. Enough of the old features are there, in a place I can find, with the added advantage of new, more accessible features. I mainly use Word, Excel and my new favorite, OneNote. OneNote allows me to not only copy/paste txt, but I can actually copy a section of my computer screen and paste into a note! I find this extremely helpful for my at-home business. I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone getting a new laptop! It's well worth the price!

The whole system and stays up to date. Love the simplicity of this. Plus it can be on all of my devices, computer, tablet and phone. All works together like a charm.

First time purchasing a subscription for these services rather than the software. Working through using the services, and so far I am happy with my purchase - just a matter of adjusting for me.

This has a feature on it that checks your computer for viruses. You dont have to have 2 separate programs.

I like having these programs to use to keep track of different things or make projects easy and fun.

Great that it was cheaper to get with my MacBook but of course annoyed that we have to subscribe to use this Sh**. But inevitable of course. Enjoy. but of course Microsoft is a handy and great tool to have your hands on

I have no real complaints thus far. The only thing that seems a little off is the battery life. Still have to do some testing on that to see how efficient it is. But other than that; the purchase has been as expected.
