This is my first time to use Office 365. I wasn't sure how it would work since it is a subscription service. So far I've liked it. I've only had one issue where it wouldn't work correctly. I don't remember what the error message was, but the next time I used it, it worked fine.

I really like the program,, but it holds you up when only installs on one machine not per Owner.

Super easy to download and use.fully recommend this software. Great with kids!

It's everything you need at one cost. It is nice that i didn't have to pay for everything separately.

I use all of the items included in the Microsoft 365 thank you for making it easy to install.

My son add it and he likes the programs and he is learning a lot.

Very simple to install. I got the code in my email, went to the website, logged in, put in my license number and done. The whole thing took less than 10 min to complete. I’m using a MacBook Pro

I like it because it was easy setup, including basic software I need, no issues during or after installation.

I actually went from Microsoft Word 2003 to this version. Quite a jump. I'm a writer and for me the old version was quite adequate for composing just not for other technology interface. Perhaps if you were changing from a more recent version of Word to this one it would be easier; but I found this version to be particularly difficult to navigate with too many non essential options mixed in and not clearly demarcated from the basic tools. I found I had to do a great deal of trial and error to just find the basics for writing and this was time consuming and frustrating. Sometimes Microsoft makes changes that are very difficult to use. This is one example. BTW, I went from XP Home OS to 8.1. I found this similarly making unnecessary hard to navigate changes.

I've been using Microsoft Office for years. This is a good product for all of my computer productivity needs.

I dont like the fact that its a subscription now. I liked owiing the software with no monthly fee.

I didn't have a lot of expectations for the laptop version of the program, but once I got it installed, it was actually pretty effective for linking to videos. Normally I have a major issue with it, but the linking function is more robust than in previous Powerpoint versions.

Definitely needed for college. Word is what I mainly use and it’s a life saver whenever I need to use it.

It's pretty much a requirement on any computer these days. The personal suite is a good value and works great, as expected.
