Had to purchase a new subscription for my new computer. It works just fine. Did notice Word does not have as many fonts as my old subscription though/

not easy to activate for a novice computer user. bought the computer thinking this product was already installed.

Microsoft Windows 365 is great love it a lot. Use excel and word all the time

I believed that it was a useful tool as I have helped update my mother system into working order with programs/applications that she can use to her heart’s content

Upgraded my 2008 Macbook for this one and don't know why I waited so long. Was a little concerned about giving up the cd/dvd drive, but you can get an external one for less than $25 if you really need it. Overall a great computer with good features and speed.

Easy to self install, able to add to multiple types of devices. Good troubleshooting options.

Great additional programs that gives me more ways to use this laptop

For some reason, when I installed it, Word wouldn't work correctly - it's like my computer wasn't recognizing it, although Excel, etc was working fine. I called the helpdesk, and the gentleman I talked to got me up and going quickly.

I am definitely not electronic smart person but surprisingly Windows 10 is pretty easy to use and it was easy to set up simple step by step directions and I'm learning pretty much as I go you might as well stay with the times and do the update I was unsure of the year by year plan however the sales person explained the benefits to having a year to year plan and if the laptop goes bad you could at least transfer the Windows 10 Dover which saves you a whole bunch of money for down the road well worth the investment if you're going to do any kind of General operations

I love this upgrade to the computer system. It is Much better than the last one.

To my surprise, when I activated the single user 365 software, Microsoft cancelled our family plan for the same product. Thus I had to uninstall and purchase the new 365 as a family. Thus I lost the purchase price of the single person plan. It was quite an ordeal to figure all this out and ensure our computer could be given "read to go" on Christmas. I deeply regret losing the purchase price of the single use plan At age 80, I have been left with a wide range of feelings and disappointment.

I like the fact that I always have the newest addition with the updates.

Like Edge seems to be a good replacement for what I had still explorering lol all it can do.

It's not what I expected. Seems overpriced for something that should already be included

I especially love Excel and Word! They keep getting better and easier to use with every upgrade. Sometimes Excel freezes, and I have to quit the program, but I'm not sure whether this is my brand new computer I bought, or the program. Word seems to work great without this problem. Other than that, it's a wonder program, and you get all the other great programs with it!

Got it with the purchase of a laptop and they give me +3 free months.

The office suite apps are a necessity. Being able to access them within minutes is perfect.
