New features are too complicated by the time I figured out to use them, I had wasted a lot of time.

Just what I needed. It was easy to download and setup.

Easy to download, you know what you’re getting because it’s Microsoft. 365 isn’t my favorite version of their Office Suite, but it works.

I have not used this product at this time. It looks as if is a very good program. I am retired and do not have the need to prepare the different correspondence, charts, grafts, etc.

It is just as effective as the unlimited version, and, it's free. It allowed me to put off spending money at the time of purchase for a whole year until I am able to get the unlimited version. I have no doubt you will enjo it. Thanks Bestbuy.

I would like to see longer subscription periods and less expense.

Do not always like these type of software subscriptions services. But Geek Squad says I gotta, so I do it.

The programs were easy to load. We honestly haven't needed to use them much but hope to soon.

Perfect for my job!! I often work on the run and this really helps. Its like having my office with me whenever i need it.

I haven't used it yet, because I need to learn how, but it was on my computer when I started it up.

I like the fact that I can use the WINDOWS products on my Apple tablet and phone. It adds a lot to the versatility of the products, to be able to open a word doc. on my phone or tablet.

This is the second computer I have purchased. One for home one for the church office. Great price and easy of setup.

It works well, but I don't feel like I should pay for Excel app that was already working when I purchased the computer.

This was a freebee add on. I have MS 2019. I did install it and don't see much difference except the use on mobile devices. Is it worth the yearly fee...no so much for me.

Got it because who can do anything without the tools. It used to be it came with the machine and you bought it once. Not crazy about charging every year.
