I have had them on all my devices for years. However, using the code provided resulted in the download not working. An error code appeared which basically said some components were out of date, ON A NEW LAPTOP! I talkeed with Microsoft chat who then passed me off to a technician. The phone call ended up with him telling me every single device was infected with a trojan virus. Even my iPhones and iPads. When I saw the scan saying all devices were at "RIKS", Notice the spelling. I figured I better end this call because quite simply I think technician was full of crap. He said I would never be able to install Excel or Word on the new PC. I disproved that immediately by downloading them from the Apple Store and installing with no problem. I canceled the subscription and received. a refund.
