I can't flag an email and set a reminder on my calendar. I can only flag the email. There are no categories that I can color code according to subject. I am not at all pleased. I should have stuck with Office 2016.

Not as versatile and clunky to use. But, what’s the alternative? It is shameful Microsoft developers didn’t improve the product. Guess when you hold the monopoly, you can maximize you profits without having to deliver. Very disappointed!
