This is must have I had to return mine and purchased again because of a technical problem but it's all good

My review is about the Office 365 software I purchased from Best Buy last night and the painful process thereafter in getting it downloaded and installed onto my Macbook. After spending two hours on multiple calls to Best Buy, a call to AppleCare as suggested by Best Buy, transfers and dropped calls to an Office 365 "specialist", we still couldn't figure out the issue. I tried three different browsers and still had no luck. Restarted my computer and a bunch of other troubleshooting, to no avail. The Download Center said is was a "network issue due to a lost connection". So I waited till Microsoft was open this morning, and after about an hour or so, was finally able to download the software. Apparently, it was due to a network glitch, even though I was able to download other things, including their remote access software, to my computer with no problems. This leads me to believe that there was something wrong with the Microsoft product since their tech support said several other Mac users were experiencing the same error yesterday. I am glad that I was finally able to use the product but have never had issues like this before, usually downloads are quick and seamless. So, buyer beware and please heed these warnings. Perhaps this is a way for Microsoft to have customers go through their site instead of purchasing through a third-party, but it shouldn't be this much of an ordeal regardless of where you purchased their product.

I hate that they’ve gone to a subscription, but it works better than the last version of excel I had.

My wife was very glad to get this product with the computer on purchase. Just because was going to look into getting it anyway. So now she can try it without losing any money.

If I have a computer or new laptop I gotta have Microsoft Office. It was easy to install and access.

My temporary laptop that I used to bridge the gap between my old one and my new company provided one came with a free year of Office and that was a huge selling point for me.

I renew it through online digital down load. Works great! I need office for my work and especially staying at home these days.
