What can you say about the most productive tool in the box. Ok maybe a little shinier. Great tool.

Bought and returned. New tablet was chrome and I am ok work the operation system on it and what it came with.

Easy to install, works well. Some improvements over previous versions, some annoying features too but what are you going to do.

The Microsoft 365 personal is a good thing to get it when u have school and work to do

Everything you expect and want!! I am a tad bit unclear about the term of the agreement, to be honest.

Good - access to entire Office suite and extra cloud storage Bad - subscription renewal so doesn't make sense for the occasional Office user (less than once a month or even a few times a month imo) TBD - what happens to files in cloud storage if I renew for a month here and there, as needed

I found the new office software a good update to my prior software.

This is a must in every productive computer, with this is included 1TB of storage in OneDrive, it's just perfect.

I was led to believe I purchased all of Office Pro but Publisher was not included—very disappointing. When I went back to the store and went to the Geek dept I believe it was the manager that had to intervene for me to get taken care of. He did get me taken care of but I should not have had to go through all of that. Plus I purchased technical support and could not get through on the phone!

I did not know I was supposed to go home and look at E-mail. So I was having a terrible time trying to get the number to work. Easier after I read the E-mail. Maybe you should either print that on the ticket or somewhere so clueless people like me would have a clue. Also everyone I spoke to said I should have bought it from Microsoft instead of through you. I did not even know that was an option.
