I bought a defective computer and no longer need it. Never opened/used. Be careful of the Monroe store! The store manager will not return my call although I left many messages and even went there to see him or her. Geesh!

The installation was easy as once I signed up, they emailed me the info to install it on my computer. Everything works fine so I am happy with this purchase!

It does the tasks that are needed for our small office. We are able to keep our records, link with the copy machine, send fax, print, everything that we need. We are also able to do spreadsheets which was one of the important items that we were looking for in a program that we chose.
