The Microsoft Office 365 gives you the ability to connect with all your devices, which I really did not need. I would have preferred to just have the regular programs to install on my PC and on a laptop, but for those who want to be able to use it on their Smart Phones, tablets etc. you can do all that.

My only real complaint is that math equations have a history of not converting correcting when going from PC to Mac and vice-versa. These problems appear to be getting better with 365's updates. I will say that I like the Mac version better than the PC version due to better functionality.

Install from the internet went flawlessly, and product works as intended. Multiply the annual fee times the expected life of your equipment and compare that to the one-time purchase fee to determine the best value for your individual needs.
