This was a much needed download that was easy to install. In this day and age, I don't know how anyone can get by without office suite. I have tried the various free downloads for office work in the past, and I get so annoyed by all the malware and ads. Microsoft office is the easiest, and most reliable. Trust me, you get what you pay for!

I've had a computer since 1982, so the download problem I'm having isn't an "idiot" issue. I do prefer CD-Rom drives for a number of reasons, and now I've added Download Issues to those reasons. I bought this, could not, no matter what I tried and who I contacted, get this to download. So, because I have an office full of computers, tried it on four others. I've used Microsoft 365 on other computers, though, and it's all right. I don't like the way "office suites" work. If you are a serious writer -- if you need to get text properly formatted on paper and aren't looking for a "suite," try something else. The last three books I published were created on a vintage version of Word 2003, which is still the best. If you're young and didn't get in at the beginning of computers, you might love this. 365 does work.

WE usually only use excel and word, but for our money its the best.

Microsoft is absolutely necessary for any computer. This should be preinstalled.

Easily transferable, lets me add it on to the computers I have, without even needing a disk drive, which is becoming common among top consumer laptops

Been a fan of M Office for 20 years. After this, I am going to make my Mac my go to computer. Product support is horrible and even Best Buy’s Geek Squad wanted nothing to do with it after 4 return visits because they botched the install. I will also be cancelling my Geek Squad Total Mambership as well and use local tech support who for the same price provide all my of the support denied to me by the finger pointers at Best Buy, Geek Squad (also known as circular firing squad) and Microsoft. All of your solutions invite cloud solutions and security breaches. I’m a data guy by trade and I am officially done with your products once I transition over to Mac. closed system, much better security and WAY better computer and software support. I will NOT be buying my new Mac from Best Buy.

I used the wrong email address and there seems to be to way to change it so now I have to use the incorrect login which doesn’t link to my real account. Downloading was also a nightmare. However, it works for what I need it to. Just wish there was a little more guidance and help.

Fills the need, however it sucks that you have to pay for it yearly.

Microsoft 365 is worth the 15 month subscription...

Too many things you have to navigate to accomplish one minor task!

Great computer so far. Quick start up and finger print recognition to log in is so fast!! Everything runs well. I keep many programs open at a time, have it connected via blue tooth to a printer and have downloaded a lot of random software we need for biz. Nothing is even glitchy :). Really this is a great computer.

Everything, I need in the aplicacion for my business and my life organization perfect this is amazing
