I didnt get the activation code to use this product for 5 days. The best buy customer service team could not tell me why i hadnt received it, and everytime they sent me "a code" it was definitely not the activation code. None of them could tell me why i didnt get the code, and none of them talked with each other. I had to re explain the situation to someone different everytime i called. At that point, none of them could help me get a refund (so i could go physically buy the product instead) and none of them could help me activate the digital product that i purchased. I wish i had more thumbs, so i could give the best buy customer service system more thumbs down. Shame on you best buy.

I may just purchase the full title without needed to renew as I don't need the cloud features and, let's be realistic, I think one can go a few years without an updated product.

Only weird thing I experience is a blank Word doc and blank Excel sheet open up every time I boot up my computer. They're not in the start up menu nor did I have those programs running when during last shutdown. Beyond this glitch this product works excellent.
