I love the option of the 365 Personal because I do not use Microsoft on a daily basis, so this is an affordable option for what I need it for!

Installing this product was easily done. I had the Trial Version and cancelled prior to the end of my subscription. In so doing, I was assisted "via Chat" by a Best Buy Technician who made the transition process seamless. I've used Office 365 Personal continuously and will likely subscribe at year-end. I would highly recommend this product.

The laptop seem to be good so far. Much of the functionality I don't use and I'm still getting used to Windows 8 but the laptop seems to be good.

Microsoft office has always been a powerful and easy to use tool. Got a free year subscription through a laptop purchase and will save me the hassle of having to get another copy later when a new version comes out. Really convenient, but the cost through retailers is still a bit high when there are other outlets to get office at a lot better price.

Install was a easier than expected. Took less than 5 minutes.

Proven product, it's great. Window's 8.1 and just update to new Windows 10, excellent and no problems changing over from Windows 8.1 to 10.

This was my first purchase from Best Buy. I absolutely love my new Dell Inspiron laptop. It is so easy to use and I love the ability to touch the screen to scroll. Easy set up and I use this laptop to do my work on from home. I highly recommend this laptop to anyone who wants a really nice computer!

Have to get use to the new screen but works well. I could not however add this to my PC so my laptop is the only one with the newer version.

I like that they offer a subscription to Microsoft software. At least i will always have current up dates with this product.
