This laptop has everything in one package. The 16 inch screen is taller than most. The speakers are very sharp and efficient. The backlit keyboard is my wife's favorite. Pleanty of Ram and plenty of power. The battery life is well above average and recovery time is very good. I have not found a weakness with this Dell laptop in any area.

I got this product free when I purchased my computer. I plan on installing it today. I was overwhelmed to get this product at no charge since I would have had to purchase it for my children for school.

I finally upgraded and found that the transition has been minimal. The service was great and the staff is always helpful.

Software does what Microsoft says it will. Easier to use when already have experience with Office.

I love having Microsoft 365! I have been using it for years now! Having programs like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint at my fingertips help me keep organization in my household.

I have used Microsoft Office since it came out, easy to use, and really easy to understand how to mail merge, use the excel spreadsheets, send letters very professional! Other programs can't compare!

If you ever wanted to cripple an organization, do it by denying their access to Microsoft Office. Its literally so essential to businesses they'll be paying their employees to sit and do nothing Office Space style. You don't want to pay for it, but you will. Its essential, like we all were during COVID.
