I get a employee discount so haven't even used it. You're allowed to return it within 30 days, but Best Buy couldn't figure out how to do it.

I thought when I purchased this for my new computer that I was buying the Microsoft Office suite, but apparently it is just a one year's subscription. I suppose this means that I will have to renew this in a year. I was not told that this was just a year's subscription at purchase.
