I have had no end of problems setting up my existing mail program. They keep using an incorrect password that I have tried to correct, and they still put in the same incorrect password.

No big deal just get a new one and it will come with windows like always. But no, even if you buy a new laptop you have to buy office like this, what a rip-off! So instead of replacing the laptop I bought this. It's office, what more can I say?

I pocketed what he gave me, only to find that it was the subscription when I looked at it a week or so later. When I went back a couple of weeks after that I was told I could not exchange the product even though I had not called Microsoft to install it. The salesman told me that I might be able to exchange by contacting Microsoft. After spending 40 minutes or so trying that, it appears that they will not exchange since I did not buy directly from Microsoft. Ugh!
