It's met all of our expectations and we use it daily. Very happy with our purchase. Easy to use and great for anything from developing school projects to emailing and many other applications.

I didn't know about the subscription and thought I'd try it. So far so good, it loaded fine and is working, I'm still not sure if I need to keep paying every year, the guy at Best Buy didn't make that very clear so we'll see next year if it runs out.

I finally got it installed but when I purchased the subscription I expressly said I didn't have wifi and needed to be able to work without being connected. So far that isn't working too well. Still have to work thru whatever I need to do to successfully get it set up.
