Great Product and GREAT service

What's always difficult is moving your old outlook to the new one in regards to all the folders you may have had set up prior. Called Microsoft and got a rep in just a minute or two and that person logged in and helped move all the folders/contents into Outlook. The other apps in the suite (Excel, Word, etc.) are very nice and even better than prior gens.

A necessity for home office

It is convenient, easy to use and perhaps a bit overpriced. I wish Microsoft would stop charging an annual subscription and extend the purchase for longer periods of time (ie 3-5 years).

Don't fight the upgrade!

I seriously went years on the old. Finally I gave in and there's so many advantages. There's more speed between applications, more communication and it's more sensitive to the user. I'm a Word & Excel user and use them every day. I love the new set up for both and the added options. I'm happy to say, this was worth the investment.
