SaaS is the way to go in my opinion. It has the latest in protection and updates. Lots of storage too. I just wish we could have had the auto-renew. That function was not working.

I'm still trying to get acquainted with it because it is really different from my previous computer but it seems to be doing a good job for what I need. It was a great price!!

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. If you buy the product outright, you're stuck with the version you purchased.
