Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After purchasing Ofc 365 2019,the install was relatively easy for my friend who is very good at computer functions, but once getting to the end click , we learned that it was not compatible afterall. Nevertheless, through a third party on line,we were able to access the services of microsoft itself,which assigned a representative to complete the install using techniques that were foreign to us and far advanced even for my friend. The moral: make sure your computer is infact compatible with the product you buy and its best to bring it into the store or have numbers identifying your computer with you , as sometimes the store assistant can be unsure without enough information. Ultimately I got more than I paid for but it was completely as a result of the customer service by Microsoft! Microsoft stands by its product!

Purchased when I bought my macbook air and I am a student so this was a must have with no hassle or issues later. Usually offered in student deals as well which I appreciated.

If, like me, you rode the XP version until you were forced to upgrade; then it's an unavoidable expense unless your able to utilize alternative freeware products. Office is a good product, it's just this new purchase program I'm not so keen about.
