While I love that my son will have access to these programs for a whole year, I'm not looking forward to purchasing it again. Especially during a pandemic when times are tough but kids are homeschooling.

This software does not apply the site icon. For instance, the Facebook or Yahoo icon will not appear. In looking at forums, it appears there is a complicated way to separately apply the icons. This is a totally make-work process. One that should be corrected.

Needed to re-activate. Learned this after the fact- after purchasing a new Office 365. This annoyed me.
