There is a pop up almost like a helpful tool that is just lingering to help you finish what you are looking for or notifying you for something.

It has Microsoft Word, Excell, Powerpoint and Outlook for my e-mail. Transferring from my old desktop to the new one with all my documents worked very well.

I have to have Office but don't like that it is additional money on top of a $1000 MS laptop!

Years ago, Microsoft was included with new PCs which was great. Then you had to buy Microsoft when you bought a new device, but it was a one and done lifetime purchase for the device, which I thought was reasonable. Now it's an annual subscription?! Come on Microsoft, this is getting a bit much! Further, I followed all of the installation instructions and although the program did run, it wouldn't read any of my transferred Microsoft files. I had to contact Geek Squad to help uninstall and then reinstall the program. It's not the end of the world, just frustrating.

It's good for personal use. If you want to install on more machines, get the Office 365 Home for 5 users for a little bit more money.
