Is a little disappointed

Went back to Best Buy to ask what is the problem? I was instructed to call Microsoft to find out. Going to try to call. But it really should be easier to set up on two computers.

Necessary software, great price.

Not as many features as 2010 it seems, but there are plenty of customization tools to make using the programs fun...if you're a student and need microsoft office ASAP, get this. Proving your student status is very easy, not a hassle. Only thing that stinks is that it's just a 4 year subscription.
