What can I say about Office 365 University? You almost can't use a pc without Office and the University version is the same as regular but at a discounted price. Are you really reading reviews still???

I have used this product for multiple assignments in my college classes! I highly recommend this. The customer service that helped me with installation issues were great and I have not had a problem since!

Microsoft support for this product is terrible. Could only install on one computer... Support has been unable to fix the problem... Very frustrating

Excellent for the College student and its coverage for 4 yrs. Which is awesome. Since Office is so expensive on its own. It has everything already on it that a college student will need.

I had a hard time installing the program on my computer. I finally had to contact Microsoft for some assistants. They have a great technical team and I recommend them to anyone that is having trouble.

I wasn't sure what I would need to return back to college and I was grateful when a Best Buy staff member was able to help me. He suggested Office 365 and it was just what I needed.

I'm very unhappy with this software, the sales person with BestBuy's told us this was a university addition and that it would work on any PC or Mac, he never ask if we were attending a university are would be attending a school soon. I got home and was told that I need a university or school ID to load this onto my PC. I will never by anything from BestBuy again that I haven't done my own research as there sale people were not trained to understand what is required for the products they sell, it up to you to know how software will work on you PC.

Microsoft Office 365 is just the next iteration of Microsoft Office. Nowadays, if you do any type of business work on your computer, this app suite is pretty much a must-have.

I have used Office for years...I am not sure if I am ready for the new version thou, Between Windows 8 and the new Office and have been frustrated on numerous occasions the past couple of weeks.

Me and my mom needed this for typing up papers for college classes.. We didnt expect to get a thousand other things too.. But it's alright, though it takes up more room on our laptops.

Was sold this but didn't realize it was school version and need school code but called Microsoft and gave us year for free!!! Two great companies, best buy and Microsoft that is!

The ability to have this option for college students to use Microsoft products was great. You get the same programs, but for a fraction of the cost. Great help to a college students budget.

Could not install this software on my Dell Inspiron due to the website telling me that Best Buy never activated my code. I took it back to the store and they showed me on my receipt that they did activate the software, and that this had been an issue for multiple people purchasing the software. When I placed a call to Microsoft (over an hour spent on the phone) they still continued to tell me it was the store's fault. I was not happy with the company. Luckily, my grad school provided me with Microsoft Office Student

There are a number of changes that I will have to get used to, which is hard when you are in school and don't really have the time to spend on learning new software. I guess it will grow on me.

Great package with all the required programs needed for high school and college students. We were told that upgrades are automatic. Not sure what happens after the four year period.

I had trouble believing that I had done everything correctly to get my copy of Office. I followed instructions but was getting emails for about two weeks to a month later telling me to download the full version before time runs out. MSWord is glitching when I choose a custom paper size the program shorts my input by two inches so that if I said to make the page 5X7 it makes the page 7X3 instead. I ran the repair function that is built into word and it runs for three hours before I have to stop it. It seemed to be fixing nothing,

I had a difficult time installing the program on my laptop. I can't upload any work to another laptop that doesn't have this program.

I am really pleased with my recent computer purchase, and it seconds as a great video screen for watching movies. It's slender, 1 piece unit is perfect for the minimalist!

The first copy would not install. Had to go back to Best Buy and they gave me another one. Took almost two hours to install that one.
