The new computers do not come with any Microsoft programs. We had issues with getting started but was able to get help from the Microsoft customer service.

Office 365 is a great product. My only problem was that I went from office 2002 to 2013. That's a big leap in technology,. But overall this has been a great buy.

I would recommend Office 365 for anyone - especially those who are attending college. It's convenient and it beats having to go to your local library.

I had a little trouble downloading the #2 edition of 2 (used one for the laptop & the second was used for the desktop). It took me a while but I finally got it!

Google gives you free apps and OS as a trade for advertising. Microsoft's may not have a monopoly but they will be around for a long time.

I bought the microsoft university a month ago and it has been great so far. It is good for two computers, the only drawback is the expiration in 4 years.

Microsoft definitely has a monopoly on word processing software, so they can set the price and we all know that Word is a must have for work & school.

I had a problem getting it loaded on my computer so I called technical support and they had it installed and working in an hour. They were very helpful.

Office2013 leaves some things to be desired. Though performance wise it is great. Lacks in adjustable color schemes. I would still recommend it to others.
