No complaints, I love it. Although I am upset that I found out I could've downloaded the entire thing for free offline.

Great laptop for the price I paid for it, my best buy credit card made it easy to afford it.

My main gripe is the price. The cost is absolutely ridiculous for what you're getting. It's not for low-middle income people.

I love the Office suite of products, but I had a hard time getting this setup because you have to have a code from your university.

wish they could discount a little more and allow for use on 4 computers as in the past. everyone has so many more electronics todya

I purchased this and a new laptop before sending my son off to school. He loves the citations and end notes functions for papers.

Ms office is a well organized suite of software deigned to make your life easier. This was just to add to my new pc.

I love the new features of Microsoft Office and it's also nice having all of the apps included such as Access and Publisher.

Set-up with Microsoft was challenging but it ended up being a great deal. Microsoft ties Best Buys hands as far as set-up support.

I got this product free with my touch screen laptop, so who can argue with free. Does what I need it to do. I can't complain.

I use this program a lot. I just needed to upgrade.
