I use office at work and this lets me catch up on work and email. I also prefer outlook to my previous email.

I bought this online for my son as he starts college. He has a laptop and we also have a desktop that is connected to our printer. When I tried to install I scratched the key and entered it. Many times. Every time had the same error message. "This product has not been activated. Please return to the store where you bought it with your receipt and an associate can activate it for you." I BOUGHT IT FROM YOU GUYS ONLINE!! Lucky for me I had all of the receipts, right? Nope. I spent my entire lunch hour with customer no-service and got bounced from one department to another. Every time I was switched I was told that my issue would be corrected by "the next person." I finally got sent to the Geek Squad and was told that my son would need to bring in his laptop and all of the stuff to a retail store and it would be fixed. Okay, that might work for the next time he is in town and available. But then I was instructed that I would need him to schedule an appointment ahead of time because they will not accept any customers who come in unannounced for help. If I could send his present back I would, but I scratched the key so it is not in saleable condition anymore. I was also chastised by one of the customer service reps who said that I was supposed to do all of that when I bought the laptop in the beginning. Huh? This software was offered to us a week after he opened his graduation present as an online extra. I politely explained once, then I more CLEARLY explained it the second time, before the rep said they understood (not too sure about that one.) Please post this. I made sure that I focused on the product and the experience, I used concise language, I was specific, I avoided profanity and spiteful remarks, I was not obscene, and I did not tell others to shop elsewhere.

Needed to use word, excel and PowerPoint. Had no chose but to buy it.

It was a good purchase for a college student. Although some course require Microsoft 2013.

So far this is exactly as you would expect. I have been using Office since the beginning and it is reliable.

Not what I expected. Hard to install and exchanged if for another one. Re Cuts to to reinstall

Product was affordably priced. Had an issue with set up on my desk top but Geek Squad got me all fixed up.

The money was worth it! If you are a student who is tight on money this price for us students is worth it!

I bought Microsoft Office package for using while in school. It is exactly what I needed. Great item.

I simply love the outlook which is essential for all the emails i send and works with all office programs.

I have used office for years and needed it on this computer for work. This version does ok.

Despite using MS Office for PC, the Mac version was easy to adjust to. There are some differences.

Product works great, but some universities will allow you to get it for free. Research first.
