This was an add-on product when I purchased my laptop, I felt I needed it for college papers. I was a little difficult to complete the installation. And I feel its a little overpriced.

Great, overall for it's use. Essential for school and work. Only difficulty is school identification, didn't recognize my School untill I went online with tech support it was very helpful.

When I got the product home, I was surprised to find that the card with the access code was made of paper. The directions read that you are supposed to scratch the area of the card and the code will be revealed. When I scratched the area, the code came off with the covering and was useless. Most of these kinds of cards are made of plastic so this doesn't happen. A billion dollar company who is selling you a code for 85.00 can't afford to use a plastic card like the ones you get at the grocery store for free? I tried to get a new code from Microsoft, but couldn't and after being insulted by their " Money back guarantee" staff, and being told that it would take 4-6 weeks for my refund I was pretty mad. Luckily for me, I bought it at Best Buy and the store manager arranged for me to exchange it back at his store for a new card. ( thanks for being nice to an angry lady:) Still I had to drive another hour and half to exchange it and get back home. After this experience I'm soooo glad I own mostly Apple products.

On newer models, should be a good deal. We were given this product by a Best Buy staff member when we asked for an office product, but then discovered it would not install on Windows XP.

I really enjoy Microsoft office. However, I was given the impression Publisher would be included. I use this program quite often and would not have purchased 365 had I known.

It is a bit getting use to. I dont like the fact that it is only a 4 yr subscription which sucks cuz I would have to by another. But hopefully it will not cost that much

So after buying this. I later realized what is going to happen after I graduate. Will that affect my subscription? And yes indeed it will. Microsoft has to verify annually that your still in school or else your subscription will be deactivated. I have not used it yet since I did my research after I bought it. And I can't return it. So I'm disappointed that no one told me about this.

I was told this would work with my email address. It will only work if you are a college student, college employee, or have a valid college (.edu) email address.

For the price you should get it for life it was hard to get it loaded if you don't go to a huge university it won't let you load it took 6 truss and a well to get it going

This program is great! It provides me all of the tools I need to work in for my college work. Downside is the program shuts down while I'm doing something sometimes

It's ok. It was frustrating to get it set up but once you do it works fine. It's Easy to navigate around and isn't confusing to work with. It's nice while Doing papers.

My previous experience with Office was much better...you hit programs button and there was a list of all offerings but the different aspects are hard to locate and use.

Installation can take hours and hours since the Microsoft server does not always work. Microsoft employees are unable to help as they know little more than the purchaser. Be prepared to be frustrated and ignored. You are also dealing with outsourcing so many depts. that can help you are on time zones of other countries.

When creating a new document, margins when set to normal look funny although they're correct. Excel doesn't have full capabilities as it would on Windows

The product is great, as is most Microsoft products. However my biggest problem came when downloading, and purchasing through Best Buy. I had come home with the card (with the code on it) and sadly happened to throw it away. When I tried contacting Best Buy, and Microsoft, both parties claimed no responsibility for the matter and said I was basically out of luck. No one had accept to my code anymore, and ultimately I was unable to use my package, thus losing $80.

Pretty good program overall, don't need all the programs and would have been nice to by parts of it separately like word and powerpoint. the skynote is nice.

So this had to be installed on computer for college. But it can only be activated for 4 years. It appears at 4 years, you buy a new one?

Its just OK. It almost seems like there is to much going on. What ever happen to just plain old word of without all of that extra stuff that's on there.

I ordered this and it downloaded but did not install then contacted Microsoft and the woman yelled at me and told me to stop whining like a big baby and told me to return it to best buy. Not best buys fault but I doubt I can return it because I downloaded the numbers to my computer but I still don't have Microsoft word 365. I was sooooo upset I have no idea what to do

Microsoft Office 2013 is too expensive. I downloaded Open Office instead.
