Unfortunately we have to purchase Microsoft software to do business. MS Office works well, but its not as easy to use as most Apple products.

Took a while to set this up still trying to figure out everything it comes with to use in the cloud. Stick with regular MS Office products.

Not pleased with added cost to consumer. Something about a law suit involving Microsoft. No choice but to purchase for school. Still a monoply.

Came with the computer, Ok for my college son. I am OK with MS products but they could always try to be more user friendly and less glitchy.

Pretty simple Office took away the capability to fix your grammar in the Word program, so it is not worth the time nor money.

I bought this for my children's Windows 8 pc. After many futile hours, I contacted Microsoft's tech support. They were not able to help. I then tried it on my Mac and was able to install it. But I did not want the children using my computer ,so I uninstalled it and returned it.

I had a horrible experience. The product didn't work so I took it back in less than an hour later. I talked to the lady at the service center and she said she couldn't give me a refund on software which was fine. So I did what another employee (which was a Microsoft software expert working at the same best buy mind you) told me to do and ask for an exchange. So I asked her and she replied very snobby and said "No I can't do anything about it like I already said." So moral of the story is I didn't get my money or what I paid for and was left with less then I came with.

This product requires a verification process to prove that you're really enrolled in college or university before installation. Unfortunately, this process is apparently error-prone and can fail. The result for me was that I couldn't install this product, making it effectively worthless. A quick google search showed that many other students around the country were in the same boat. I contacted Microsoft customer support twice, who gave me the run-around both times ('we're experiencing a problem on our end, try back later'). Finally they admitted that this has been an ongoing problem and they don't know how to fix it. They asked if I would like to open a customer service ticket, which should get me a solution in a matter of weeks. I declined, so I can't comment on how that service would have worked out. Open-source competitors to Microsoft exist and are easy to find, so I went with one of those instead.

I like how you can scroll through the icons, but it's harder to figure out with it being a totally new set-up with few directions.

It is free for 4 years. Little pain to setup, but since my daughter is at college, we were able to update her and another pc.

The salesman told us it was for two computer, but he didn't tell us that if you use two you get less time for overall use

What is there to say. Its microsoft office. I will primarily use this for excel and word processing. no complaints.

This suite was difficult to use and set up. Had to download three times before it downloaded properly.

I went through the activation process, they did not recognize my college. So I had to submit paper work provide proving I was a college student. That was three weeks ago and I still can't use it.

Would have liked to have been told that this was only for 4 yeards. I am certain that i was misled about this fact

Hard to first install. Usually have no trouble but this did not want to activate without loading multiple times.

The price is great, along with the ability to install it on 2 computers with 4 years of updates. The down side is that it is rediculously difficult to install using the product key. I eventually gave up and installed office 2010 instead because I didnt pay for the 365 (it came free with a laptop purchase). I would have been more than frustrated had I actually paid for this.

Purchasing this office product was a no-brainer. It can be used for school, work, or home.

This is nice as a freebie, but it lasts only 4 years and there is not simple port to download replacements
