We went back to the store about the issue. There was nothing that Bestbuy could do because they said it was Microsoft's issue. Called Microsoft and still had to wait several days. This was terrible customer service on both parts.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Instead of installing Microsoft Office on the laptop's hard drive and including the cost in the price of the laptop, Microsoft now forces you to lease Office for a set period and store all documents, spreadsheets and powerpoint presentations on its "SkyDrive" "cloud" server. Not only is the Office app (i.e., Word, Excel, Powerpoint) slow to download for one-time only use EVERY TIME you want to work on a document, the document itself must be downloaded EVERY TIME and is also slow. The user must memorize and use a username and password EVERY TIME.

I submitted two assignments with no problem. The next assignment when came due I couldn't get MS Word to work. I called technical support and was on the phone for 2 hours all when the time was ticking to submit. The call ended with no resolution, it was on my desktop but clicking brought me nothing. I had to uninstall MS Office and still 3 weeks later waiting for tier 3 support to call me back. The CSR told me that some times the application just disappears. That is no help.
