It is too complicated. I need my screen to be on the desktop. And it when I want to go like I used to computer and remove cookies or something that was downloaded I can't because it is too complicated.

Just recently purchased this, but I am quite confused with it. I think it might be because I am to used to the older versions. It'll take me some time to adjust to this new technology

A royal pain in the a.. to load. The geek squad couldn't do it so I had to call and do it myself. Not happy with the process at all. Could not recognize the college.

Though the subscription was cheaper to purchase we decided we would rather not have to renew after it was over.

Not. Really easy to set up took 4 phone calls and Several hours. Kept getting disconnected by company

Purchase this for school for daughter. Have not been able to use. Store clerk erase rhe bar code at store. Never told that my school was not supported by the student cd. All black college I guess. So I am stuck with a cd. No use and could not receive a refund for none use. Store clerk should have told us before purchasing it we could not us ut. Very dissatisfied with product. Lost 100.00 thst I didnt have in the first place.

Sorry, but I purchased this item not knowing that it was for University use only. What I wanted to purchase was for home office only.

The new version of Office is not compatible with versions of Word used 10 years ago. Unfortunately, Professors still use those!

It would be great to be able to down load on my extra computer, however that computer was not capable and up to date to do so.

geek squad tried to install on 2 computers and had a lot of trouble with mac. do not like that you have to be on line to use.

Was very difficult to install. Had to return it and get my money back for this program.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ITEM FROM BEST BUY. THERE SUPPORT WAS USELESS AND THE STORE MANAGER WOULD NOT HELP ME AT ALL. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH THIS DOWNLOAD OR LACK THERE OF. THE STUDENT/COLLEGE DOWNLOAD DOES NOT WORK AND BEST BUY WOULD NOT BACK UP THIS PRODUCT AND GIVE ME MY REFUND.

I expained my need for windows and was handed this product. After registering with Microsoft I was unable to download because I am not a student or member of a educational institution. So, I couldn't use the program. Then I had to fight with Best Buys to get a refund. Another un-satifactory experience with Best Buys.

I could never get the activation code to be sent to my email. I had to call them and do set up over the phone.

My subscription card came damaged where my son could not read the key and Best Buy did nothing to replace it. They pushed me off to Microsoft and Microsoft blaimed Best Buy. We never received a working product.

Geek squad sold this program to a high school student. Didn't work because he was not a college student. Need to be more customer conscience and not sell products that don't accommodate their customers had to take product back for refund.

The product requires you to use a school email address to verify your undergraduate or graduate status. I did that and still (almost 2 months later) I have not received the verification email. Needless to say, I returned the product and just bought the actual non-subscription version.

Made 5 visits to best buy to try to figure this out. Never did. Very frustrating. If this is a selling point, why so difficult to set up. The who .edu caveat seems to be a bit of a scam. Lots of people in school. Why the .edu affiliation.

Wrong product for my kids. They did not have the basis to access the software and we returned it.
