My daughter still can not use this product for her school papers. We still have not gotten a response on her school email so she can download the program to her computer. It has been very frustrating.

Took 4 techs and 5 days to get installed and I paid enough for it to be easy!

I like the product, and the price point, but getting tech support to help is very hard as those individual was not very knowledgeable, and was not able to answer specific question, but wanted to agree with you so you can get off the phone.

The person on the phone sold me the wrong product. They sent me office 365 university. My wife and I have been out of college for many many years. This product needed a student email adress. At no time was the school part ever mentioned or discussed. It's here and unusable.

My Daughter just graduated college I was told by the best buy sales agent that she would still be able to use the product and qualifies for the University addition and should not have any issues!! Well not so now I'm out 70.00 as I can't return it according to best buy

I use my student account e-mail to sign up & register. RESULT: still throwing me error messages with no further instructions, and now my HOTMAIL is completely gone,, replaced by some Microsoft OUTLOOK ..I lost all my Hotmail e-mails from last 6 years,, luckily there were all spam-mail

This product seems to slow down when you save etc.

Associate encouraged me to buy this although I am not a college student. Started to load the software, scratched off the registration numbers, then was asked for college email address. Very disappointed as the store would not take it back because it was opened.

I am in a CSE class & we are using excel 2010 for homework,pre-labs,& labs and they are all 2010. So, following the instruction is very hard because of the difference from excel 2010. Something that takes 30mins, takes me more than 3 hrs because of the change.

Really upset. The team member didn't tell me that I had to be enrolled to a university to activate this software. So now I'm stuck with this software because I can't get my money back!!!!!!

Can only use if enrolled currently in school :(. Not pleased with the fact it has great terms only if you are a student and can prove it. Such a hassle! Makes it just not worth the effort having to jump thru a bunch of hoops.

Never worked, neither did the "free" Kaspersky security and its already asking me to renew my purchase. I bought my new computer 7 months ago. I was able to get update windows from the college I am attending.

I have found that this program will not open certain word documents that are needed to work on my class. I wish I would have purchased the older version, it works better.

Was told by a not very informed associate that could be used by online student but was not able to activate. Was past date to return so am out money and no recourse according to clerk. Not very happy

I contacted MS to figure the problem out. They tried to help, but came up short. I paid for 4 years. They gave me 3.5 years. I not happy. Still trying to resolve the issue is a headache .

Office 365 is excellent. Wished I could have used the Office 365 University. Salesman said Office 365 was free with my laptop purchase. Was unaware I could not use it until I tried to install it.

The key code on the card was for home and student instead of university. Office .com/tech help could not fix the problem. Recommended refund.

I tried to install it and i couldnt even best buy couldnt give me a second to help.

worst version you can buy had to go onto geek squad live and have them do it took them 5 hours and have to log into my college account and get the account number just to install
