However, this is a 4 year subscription and the programs change so quickly it actually pays off. The price is a little high, but if you are a student it is a great product and they do work with you if there are issues.

Also OneNote is the most handy application, being able to access notes for class on everything from university computers to my smartphone.

Also not sure if you loose the hard drive how you would get the programs back. Complete Office Suite that is kept updated.
