Easy to buy, problem to install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So, I don't know if this is Best Buy's fault or Microsoft's but after I bought this product there were a bunch of errors when I tried to install it and I had to talk with customer service techs for two hours or so to get everything installed correctly. For some reason the servers verified that I was a student but then could not install the product. I think if I had a second chance I would just buy it straight from microsoft online.

Maybe people were just have random issues. But, mine works perfectly fine, just as any other time I downloaded Office. Also, I figured that having it for four years at a discount is perfect, Laptops usually don't last longer than four years anyway and this is good for two devices.
