Great value for a student

Easy to install on a MAC and can use the registration to download it for your smartphone too. Word has nice features and I love taking notes on it in lecture. Has an audio note function which I love! However, it will expire in 4 yrs and the only downside to it so far according to me.

Solid Office Suite

As usual, Office recognizes when you are trying to type up an outline, and it begins to indent and use bullet points for you. But if you try to personalize that process at all -- for example, trying to increase the indentation for a certain level of information -- the whole formatting process goes awry. They could do better. It's 2015.
