I got this for my stepson to go to college; i won't have to worry about compatibility with other versions (or, he won't). This gives him the necessary tools to complete his assignments and track everything. Outlook adds great value as well and makes it easy to check his different accounts. I would recommend this to everyone (college, home, or office).

I bought a laptop for my son who starts college in this fall. The laptop was preloaded with a trial version MS Office 365 Home Premium. I bought the Office 365 University and after a few steps online to verify the student status of my son and he could use the product code to activate the full license use of the pre-installed Office 365. No need to download and/or re-install the SW.

I bought this for my daughter for school. She is very happy with it. It is light weight, compact and just a enough to do all her school work.

If 1 person has two different devices then this is 5 stars but two people sharing, not so good but overall it a great for as a gift.

I was nervous about buying a Mac laptop because I thought it would be too complicated to use. With the help of my daughter plus the easy use of a Mac, I caught on very quickly. I'm very happy with my purchase and I can't see myself ever going back to a regular PC. I'm so thankful for the Best Buy team considering the fact that they're the ones who talked me into getting a Mac.

While I really love the Mac, I am more familiar with Windows Word and having it on my computer helps to me work a little more efficiently.

This is perfect for any type of student. Has some functions not used much in the school setting but perfect for when i bring my job home.

Buying an office subscription means I can use it on all of my devices (and I use it on my phone more than I thought I would). It's great.

It took wayyyy too long to get this program to work, but once I did I have had no issues with any of the programs that it comes with.

I don't know where I would be without the Microsoft programs. They are very helpful with many tasks. It is a must have for any student.

The downloading process was relatively simple. Unfortunately, it took over a week for Microsoft to process my student information.

This version of Microsoft office is a great value for college students looking for a cheaper alternative to the Microsoft office home and student. It allows you to download all of the office products, but you must be a university student. You are required to create a Microsoft account to download the software if you don't already have one, but that is free and easy.

It's well worth it, as a college student I use this on a daily base it's $80 for 4 years it's lot better then paying $100+ each year.

Works like it should on my 2 macs, but some of the fonts and other design features do not transfer well to pc presentation systems.

Ive used office for a long time and love how despite the version upgrades the I terrace stays revile the same which makes access simpler.
