    Found instructional pamphlets cumbersome. Unable to access Geek Squad. After fiddling w/ machine I find it super. Have someone write instructions who isn’t a lawyer. When one buys a car, a brief instructional guide is provided.

    So glad to have the option of purchasing Microsoft OS instead of renewing annually. The price compared to other distributors was pretty much the same. My only downside was it took a long time and some frustration to get it installed even after following instructions and pop up menus and windows. Took too long. I had read other reviews where buyers experienced my same dilemma.
