Horrible Customer Service.

It didn't work and I went through Geek squad and Microsoft. I ended up having to buy another card which was another 150.00. This was ridiculous and I am very disappointed with the service I received from the old man who advised me incorrectly initially at the Brandon store. He's very old and speaks very highly of himself. I'm sure anyone will know his name. I will not be shopping there again. I bought two new computers in less than a month and nobody ever even tried to refund the money to me after spending well over 3K.

This one doesn't require a annual subscription! I recommend it!

Word Excel & Powerpoint with a 1 time cost, good forever, or until windows won't let you install it. You still need a Microsoft account to register it however, so it is not totally offline.
