    I went to Best Buy with problems with MS Word.. an app I bought with my MacBook Pro computer at Best Buy over a year ago. The Geek Squad assisted me immediately, analyzed the situation, and discussed various options to resolve my problem. Several months later, I am very satisfied with the advice I was given and glad to know I have a friend in Best Buy!

    I have been using the office programs for over 25 years and I haven't found anything that compares. The price makes a lot more sense than renting the package monthly.

    I gave a four since there seems to be problems in Outlook! Word seems to be fine, and I don't use Excel as often as the others! Haven't used PowerPoint in years and have no need to use it now.

    The best basic package software for a PC, every PC needs a Microsoft Office, without it you don't have a PC yet. This one doesn't require a annual subscription! I recommend it!
