Sometimes it kicks me out of my subscription for an unknown reason. I have to go login to Microsoft and put the subscription back. I guess it's just glitchy like most Microsoft products are.

Old school

I had to contact Best Buy customer support. They had to look into it. Which I understood. Expect they told me they told me they would get back to me within 2 hours. They did not. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until the next day. It took another inquiry to customer service with them investigating for several hours before I received my link. Found this very disappointing. Also for 150$ you only get one download. Ouch!
