Microsoft support system complicated

I purchased and it did not work

The activation code printed on my receipt did NOT work when I returned to Brazil. When I contacted the store, they refused to help me simply because my phone number is from Brazil, claiming their system only accepts US numbers. This is unacceptable. I paid $149 for a product that cannot be activated, and Best Buy provided zero support or solution. Extremely disappointing and disrespectful to international customers.

Retiree finds Office H&S 2021 works just fine!

I am retired and just do simple spreadsheets, letters, and charts. I found that Ofc 365 is more appropriate for a business and/or someone who does graphics, card designing etc. I am not real tech savvy so Office 2021 is working wonderful for me.

THE best word processing software.

Office Home 2024 allows me to use Microsoft Word offline, without exporting anything onto the internet, which is very important to me.
