    Unfortunately, I did not receive my link within the 2 window. I had to contact Best Buy customer support. They had to look into it. Which I understood. Expect they told me they told me they would get back to me within 2 hours. They did not. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until the next day. It took another inquiry to customer service with them investigating for several hours before I received my link. Found this very disappointing. Also for 150$ you only get one download. Ouch!

    Office makes things so helpful even if you have a Mac. Just do yourself a favor and DONT buy 365.
