    This intalls a local copy of.the Microsoft products. I am frequently not connected to the internet so i wanted laptop based capabilities. I also try to avoid subscriptions where possible. I have plenty already.

    Love this downloadable Microsoft Office (pay once and it's yours and works better). I don't like Microsoft 365.

    It was a bit harder to relocate my download link than I would have preferred but once I found the link and logged into Best Buy again, the software downloaded quickly and set up immediately.
