    Unfortunately the laptop came with a yr subscription so I didn’t need to buy office til it ran out otherwise it was fine though I miss the older one

    Word and Excel have worked very well. Upgraded from Office 2007. PC was confused on which program to use until I deleted Office 2007. Download instructions did not alert me to this. Best Buy was slow to deliver the download version; had to talk to 4 reps before got service.
