    microsoft office is coin of the realm, its hard to muster much enthusiasm for these dated products. installation was not aggravating. i prefer to but downloadable one time payment version rather than allowing these leeches to attach themselves to my wallet with a subscription. 10 years from now, it will still be the same mediocre software.

    Love this downloadable Microsoft Office (pay once and it's yours and works better). I don't like Microsoft 365.

    It's a shame that Microsoft has to find a new cost center for an essential product used by anyone who needs a good word processor. We use to be able to buy Office for a one time charge which I did but many times the way Microsoft sets up their accounts you wind up renting rather than buying which creates a new cost center for Microsoft.
