The product was great and works great. I loaded into my computer and its been great.

This fits my needs - standalone software installation with no internet cloud security issues to deal with. Only time I allow it to connect to the internet is for the updates, after that - it's locked down. I intensely dispise the constant dunning of subscription fees that are way more expensive than it needs to be. If Microsoft Extortion ever does away with the standalone option of this software product, I'm done - this will go away faster than a microsecond.

Best buy for home use if your not interested in having to pay for a subscription. Has everything that I need and opens my old word documents.

I ended up returning this digital download product. I'd been told when I bought my new PC that my current Microsoft Office 2016 would not migrate to my new Windows 11 PC, so I bought this as an add-on item with my PC purchase. However, my MS Office product did migrate to my new PC so I no longer needed this additional expense. Note it's difficult to return digital download products because they have to research & confirm that you have not already deployed the product; that verification can only be accomplished by the Customer Service team at Best Buy's toll-free #.

This purchase is critical to the full use of my computer. Easy process to purchase and load.

This product was easy to purchase and easy to download to my computer. Office is a good, usually trouble-free, product. Very basic version of Office. We do not need all the bells and whistles because we do not do complex work with our computers. This is an easy to install, simple program.

Best Buy helped me, a senior citizen, to purchase and install a new Microsoft word program on my Dell laptop. There was some kind of problem, after I had bought the program , with the installation of the new program. They refunded my money and then walked me through again to rebuy and then reinstall my new Microsoft word program! They were very kind and patient with my limited technical knowledge!

excellent product, A necessary for all office work

Absolutely the very best Microsoft Product for what I use it for. All my work resolves around my "home" stuff.

I had Home Microsoft Office before and had to purchase it again for a new replacement laptop. The newer version comes with a nice PowerPoint, which is nice if you have to do some pictorial client or meeting presentations. I use and like the Excel spreadsheets and Word software for my consulting work. I wish Microsoft would let you transfer the prior functional Office software from a damaged laptop or computer so I wouldn't have had to purchase it again with a replacement laptop

MS Office for Home does what I need to do, tried and true

I bought a new PC and had to buy a new Microsoft Office suite. The install went well and I like the new software. All’s going great.

Very pleased with this product. Love how easy it is to set multiple email accounts in Outlook.

basic package of Microsoft office.. nothing fancy , but does the job

I am not a cloud person. So, getting this suite of products on my desktop is GREAT!
