The only reason I got Windows 11 was that MSFT is going to stop supporting Windows 10. Windows 11 is very much like Windows 10 but, for my purposes, any purported innovations are superfluous.

Disappointed Best Buy Customer

When I attempted to download the software from Microsoft, using the receipt software key numbers, I was told the key numbers were invalid. After numerous failed download attempts, I contacted Best Buy Customer Service. Customer Service was a nightmare. It appears Customer Service is staffed with people who speak English as a second language. I finally ended up getting my money back and ordering the software directly from Microsoft. Customer Service is a key component of a customer’s purchase experience. Best Buy failed miserably in this regard.
