I was told I could not open the Microsoft application due to an inability to change the password because of a system crash that occurred within their network. Neither Best Buy or Microsoft would grant me a refund on my purchase. When attempting to contact Microsoft, my call would be answered by someone in another country who would repeatedly hang up the call? Are they being paid and instructed to do this, hmm?.. Its possible! Frustrating, that we the consumers are seemingly the ones held hostage financially by corporations that continue to plunder the planet for profit!
