Just the usual office loading experience. Works fine.

Good product and the transition to it was transparent

We bought this product to download on our computer because our Office Home was out of date with the new Microsoft changes. The download went smoothly, and we had no problems. We were grateful that the Geek Squad was there to help us but I'm sure we could have done it on our own too!

Great product. Easy to use. Makes my work so much easier.

I did the one time pay, but I think the yearly subscription is a good deal if you need storage. However, I am not sure that if you get a new device, do you have to start over and purchase a new subscription. Not clear on the details, so I got the one time purchase.

Installation was easy on my new all in one computer. After purchase they send you an email with a code and instructions. I like that it is a one time cost and not a recurring monthly fee.

Good update for Office users who've used previous versions of these products.

Never had any issues with Office Home. Does what is needed

This was awkward to install. I deleted my 2019 Office apps including Outlook. I entered the new key code, from the Best Buy receipt and MS Office software card purchased. I downloaded the 2024 Office package. Then Microsoft only showed my existing Office package from 2019. No update obvious in my account. There was not clear explanation from BBY or MSFT of what the install process would be. A day or two later, I received an email from Microsoft that said the order had been processed and so then I had to download the installer again, delete the 2019 package again, and install the Office applications again. It seems to work. FYI, I also deleted the old "Microsoft User Data" folder, but it comes back after opening an Office app again, which is fine.

It has everything I need. Easy to use. I was familiar with the product and was able to pick right up after not using it for awhile.

Still learning this newer version as my prior version was 20 yrs ago :-). Not a techy person and only use it for journaling and writing so far. Hope to use the spreadsheets for my tax documents this year. Along with my new iMac all in one, it's great!,,,and no monthly fee to fit my needs.

Love that this product allows me to simply buy Microsoft instead of having a subscription that will cost me more in the long run! This is a go to if you just need the basics, highly recommend! Even better, installation is a breeze!

I had Home Microsoft Office before and had to purchase it again for a new replacement laptop. The newer version comes with a nice PowerPoint, which is nice if you have to do some pictorial client or meeting presentations. I use and like the Excel spreadsheets and Word software for my consulting work. I wish Microsoft would let you transfer the prior functional Office software from a damaged laptop or computer so I wouldn't have had to purchase it again with a replacement laptop

Works for what I need. I was using a free version for many years of a different software. It is nice to get back to Microsoft. Just have to be careful things don't go on the cloud where I don't want them.

I am sick of Microsoft but some times it is required to open and update documents created in word and excel. This is a good solution for that.

Love the MS Suite product. It was easy to set up and use.
